Payment Method
You can pay for your plan via bank transfer in GBP only.
We accept both local bank transfers (within the UK) and international payments via the SWIFT network.
Currency Requirements
All payments must be made in GBP. For international transfers, ensure that the settling currency remains GBP.
Using the Correct Payment Reference
When initiating a transfer, use the unique reference shown on your checkout page. This helps us identify your payment quickly and avoid delays in processing.
Plan Renewal
Plans renew monthly, and services will continue as long as payments are received and reconciled.
Bank payments can take up to 5 business days to process, especially international transfers, so please make payments at least 5 business days before your renewal date to avoid service interruptions.
Payment Hold and Reconciliation
Until your bank payment is reconciled, your plan may be temporarily on hold. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service.
