Cancelling your subscription with Yozax Ads is simple and possible with just a few clicks in your dashboard. However, there are a few things you need to be aware of upon cancellation:
Messages are on a Fixed Period Allowance:
This means that the advertiser receives a fixed amount of messages for a set period (the calendar month), regardless of when they subscribed within that month. For example, if an advertiser subscribes on October 25 and their subscription technically ends on November 25, they still have access to 500 messages until November 30 (end of the month).
Premium features are on a Billing Cycle Availability:
This means that any premium features such as data export, API access, UTM building and deep linking will cease to be available upon termination of the plan. Restrictions and previously used services will remain to function such as password protection and custom aliases but will no longer be editable.
Limit increases are Available in Perpetuity, so if and advertiser signs up to the personal plan and the link limit increases to 10, even after cancellation they will retain these 10 links. This applies for domains, links, spaces and pixels.
